@ Turhancore1 Have you tried to change the password? Do you have the e-mail that u use to create the account? That happens to me once, and I just have to use my email to change de password.

Hello guys .. i am writing this with literal tears in my eyes i have lost access to my first account and main one and wattpad is refusing to give me access back to it i don’t remember how it happened nor how i can get it back . it’s a very long story but the mail associated is no longer in my possession .
I am so sad i have to leave all my unfinished stories and leave all of my followers behind and everything i created . this is why i created this account because i’m hoping i will get it back someday .

@ladynurbanu Yes it’s what i did but she said it’s not convincing enough lol ? i sent them a screenshot of me editing the story hopefully they give it back to me

@ladynurbanu Agreed, if you have screenshots of your work, or backsaved files from when you edited it that would be great.

@Turhancore1 I did a little research and it looks like you should reach out to the wattpad help center they have a bot that will guide u through the process by asking questions about ur drafts and titles and the last time u logged in.. give it a try it might help u recover ur acc
