@Twiggyh I hadn't checked your profile for a while and seeing this makes me quite sad :( I know how it feels just to be overwhelmed with anxiety and negative mental health. I'm going through it right now. And I won't say it'll get better because I don't know that. I do know that it'll get worse before it gets better. But I know you're strong and you can push through this. Please make sure you eat and drink water. Please. It's always good to take a long break. Please keep yourself healthy. Go outside, take a minute to just soak in nature in general. I believe in you.
