Sometimes I wonder if I get attached too easily.
I notice when people go quiet. I miss them in small, silent ways. I think about them randomly and hope they’re doing okay.
But when I pull away, it feels like nothing really changes. No one asks. No one seems to notice.
I don’t expect much… I just wish, sometimes, that my absence felt the way theirs does to me.
Maybe caring deeply isn’t a weakness.
I just hope one day, I’m cared for the same way too.
