Hello, I am needing help again. Hopfully someone has read the same story and tell me what possibly happened to it..... 
          
          Not clear on all the details  however I have read the story multiple times. It is one story that I seem to go back to when I am not feeling up to any of the other stories I have in my library. 
          
          Part of the Plot:
          Set in high school, the ML is returning to school in order to get his diploma, he is a fitness trainer, in his past he was the kid that was bullied. He comes across the FL when she has a broken leg. He takes it upon himself to drive her to and from school after finding her at the bus stop. The FL's older brother, was in jail for his abuse and obsession of her.
          
          If any one can tell me the author or the title of the story that would be AMAZING! I was wanting to read it again however I do not see it in my library or any of my lists.

I need help. I am looking for a story that I have read 2 to 3 times already, I was wanting to read it again. 
          
          I can't remember the title or who wrote it,  but I'm hoping you can help me.  I'm not sure of the exact description however I can tell you points about the story.
          
          It's about a high school girl (jr or sr yr), she was assaulted by a friend of her and her brother's at a party, discovered by her brother and other friends. Due to the nature of the assualt she became mute and communicates through sign language.  A "new guy", returns to the school, rumored to have been in jail/juvenile detention for some reason. He begins to hang out with her and her friends with the ruse to learn sign language. Her brother is very protective of her until he knows he can trust the "new guy".
          
          I dont want to say to much more and give it away, in case you haven't read it. 
          
          Any help would be amazing. I'm really wanting to read it again and I am not having any luck finding it.
