Hey, my name is Tylah.
I am currently 23 years old.

I want to use this platform to share some of my story though poetry.

All of my life I have had struggles with my mental health, my I'm currently diagnosed with Psychosis, generalised anxiety disorder and depression and I struggle with PTDS, Disordered eating and server low self esteem and confidence. 

I hope to share what I've been working on to not only raise awareness for mental health but to also share my point of view as someone who's situation is often described as 'unusual'.
