Hi, I'm Tylar, a law student determined to turn my past hardships into a source of strength and purpose. Growing up, I faced significant family challenges, including domestic violence against my mother. These experiences shaped me, teaching me resilience, empathy, and the value of fighting for what matters-even when the odds are stacked against you.
Along the way, I've changed careers three times. Each shift wasn't out of indecision, but rather a realization that I wasn't fulfilling my true calling. My first career felt stable but didn't give me the sense of purpose I craved. The second change came after personal struggles made me reassess my priorities and the impact I wanted to make in the world. Finally, after deep reflection, I knew the law was the path that would allow me to advocate for those who face challenges like I have-especially those who feel voiceless or powerless.
Every career transition has taught me valuable lessons, from overcoming setbacks to finding my passion for advocating for justice. I'm now on the path to becoming a lawyer, and while the road ahead is challenging, I'm excited for the opportunity to use my experiences to help others. I hope to inspire anyone who feels uncertain or overwhelmed-because it's never too late to change direction and pursue the career and life you truly want.
