Trying to work on my novel and it's not going well but what else is new?

It’s my mom telling me that I need to be saving money as if I hadn’t been having to Uber every day between home and school for the entirety of September for me…ma’am, that was over $500 just for transportation by itself like???

I can't find my copy of Giovanni's Room and it's the book I want to write my essay on wtf where did it go????

Back in February, I said 2024 was gonna eat for my poetry and I really didn't lie

I'm writing ekphrastic poems now somebody needs to come stop me

I am finally beginning the process of compiling my debut poetry manuscript which means I will be temporarily taking down all of my books while I decide which poems I would like to use for my book and/or submit to literary journals and magazines. Some (or all) of my collections will be republished, but only with the poems I didn't use for my collection or submit to journals. They will likely be reordered and/or have been reworked by the time they are republished. I hope you guys understand <3
