Ahh thank you so much, and I'm glad you found it interesting! I try to keep it fresh, hhah, and I'm going to update according to schedule now I'm mostly free. And yeah I will take a look at the book you're talking about! I mostly have the passion writing stories that come from folklores/fairytales and just mythology. It's a lot fun to make and write about and hope These Hungry Dogs does it justice. English is my second language, actually!

Also I'm curious, is English your mother language?

@anthoelogies I've been miserable lately because I cant find a good book to read and I'm so happy I found yours. The way you write is so unique and is really wonderful to read. I haven't seen someone write like that before except one time, it's a book called the face thief, you should check it out. And the expressions you use! You're just awesome. Keep doing what you're doing.

@Emmiie omg are you kidding me  this is like the 4th time I'm rereading the whole series. One of my fav series ever to exist. Much love ❤

@BDLand Yeah hopefully. Excited to see what's going to happen with his twin. 

@UchihaMothafucka hopefully her growth over the course of the book and some of the things that are revealed as we go make up for the weaknesses in these early chapters :) 

@UchihaMothafucka those are great points, and thoughts that have bugged me for a while. I intended to show that G has trained pretty rigorously, himself, which is why it took a bit of effort for her to kick his butt, and that a good deal of time passes before The Lake, but a lot of my early chapters just feel rushed. The second round of edits after the book is complete  will focus on fixing these types of holes, and comments like yours are super helpful in flagging the areas that need work. Thank you!
