Get into a comfortable position. You can meditate first (I prefer too) To calm your mind and set intentions, but of course you don't have to :). This method is usually pretty straight forward
So you might want to make sure your relaxed and ready to dive in when using this
1. Image Five (5) Different things you can feel/touch. Whether it could be your hand tingling, the clothes on your skin, your body making contact with anything its resting on, ect
2. Image Four (4) Different things you can hear.
3. Image Three (3) Different things you can hear.
4. Image Two (2) Different things you can smell
5. Image One (1) Thing you can taste
