'Aquila' now officially has a brand new cover! I will be working on making a new one for 'Imperium' next! Once I get the covers made for 'Imperium' and 'Renegade', I'll work on finishing up the character art for the guide and getting it brought up to speed. I also have a semi-decent chapter buffer built up now, so with luck, there won't be any delays in 'Imperium's schedule.
I have been doing some serious editing of 'Aquila' and 'Imperium' for their versions over on AO3, so those will be getting an update shortly. Apologies for any notifications if you get them when I update currently published chapters!
Also, this is a bit of a disclaimer. I will be moving for my new job coming up towards the end of this month. It's pretty much across the country, so it's going to be a big change. As a result, I will likely be putting updates for 'Imperium' on hold for a few weeks while I get moved out, settled in, and get my internet set up in the new apartment. I'm going to try really, really hard to get a chapter buffer built in for the rest of this month and through the beginning of February, but this is a huge move with a whole lot of stuff going on between now and then, and because of that, there is a very good chance that won't be happening. I have all of this week and next covered already, so I'm trying hard to cap off the rest of the weeks for this month, which put us well over halfway through 'Imperium' and push us ever closer to its sequel, 'Renegade'.
Like I said, with everything going on, there many be a break, but rest assured that once I'm settled in, regularly scheduled updates will definitely resume.
I'm finishing up the covers for the first few books in my Warhammer series, and 'Farseer Falling's brand new, hand drawn cover is finished! I'm super proud of how it turned out! The cover for 'Aquila' is also in progress, and I plan to get it finished over my time off coming up next week. Super excited for everyone to see it!
I put the new character guide updates on hold to put my entire focus on rebuilding my chapter buffer for 'Imperium', which is coming along nicely so far. I've got about a month's worth of updates built up right now, and once I get a few more chapters done, I will finish up the guide pages and post those next.
In good news, I won't be modifying my update schedule! 'Imperium' will continue to receieve updates on Fridays and Saturdays for the forseeable future. Once I get the entirety of the story finished, I will start posting on Sundays in addition to the two regular days, as usual.
In addition to the regularly scheduled 'Imperium' update, the first chunk of characters for the character guide have been posted! Be sure to go and give it a look if you'd like some character bios and artwork! My apologies to my followers who likely got bombarded with notifications for this. The rest of the 'Aquila' characters are getting their artwork and bios touched up and should be ready to get posted tomorrow barring anything weird happening.
Might have to tone back on the posting for 'Imperium'. Work has been hectic since I just got news of my new outplacement position, and I've been busy getting all of my paperwork in order for that. It's exciting, but it means that I haven't had a ton of free time. Therefore, I might have to cut back to just doing one post on Friday or Saturday until I get more stuff written.
In other news, the coloring for the character portraits is now officially finished! I'm brushing up the character biographies, so the guide should be going live this weekend!
So, as of today, 'Aquila' is completed! The Prologue of the second book, 'Imperium', is dropping tomorrow at the usual time. A casual note, both my Prologues and Epilogues are actual chapters and not author's notes. I know that sometimes people use them like Prefaces, but mine actually have lead-ins to the chapters proper. I'll be continuing Friday and Saturday updates until I finish writing the story, which will then kick the updates up to three times a week again. I have about 1/6th of the book finished right now, so it will likely be a little bit before that happens.
I am also working on doing the coloring for my portraits for the character guide, and I plan to try and finish them up this weekend and get the biographies polished up. The first segments will include all characters from 'Farseer Falling' and 'Aquila'.
I have been working on doing some edits to 'Farseer Falling' to do some timeline corrections and unifying a few things that got changed in the story after I really started writing it. Those updates will be going live first over on my AO3 account, but they'll be hitting over here once I go through all of the chapters in one big update batch. I don't know if you get updated when I do that, but if you see an influx of 'Farseer' updates one day soon, my apologies.
In other news! I got the lineart for all of my characters officially done and am working on doing coloring for them for the upcoming character guide! I plan to start putting that up after the close of 'Aquila', but the 'Farseer' characters may be up a little early since those are all done.

Okay, so I wound up staying up super late last night and finishing going through and doing minor edits across both stories on my Google Docs files, so all of the chapters of 'Aquila' and 'Farseer' have had all of their spelling and grammar issues hopefully corrected and have been updated accordingly. Wattpad wouldn't always keep my changes when I made them, and there were some pretty whack issues I found. I checked all of the upcoming chapters, too, and those are all checked and fixed. There might be a few minor content edits for 'Farseer' in the coming weeks, but I made most of the changes I needed to, so everything should be good going forward.
I have also finished a good chunk of my character portraits for the upcoming character guide! I plan to release that a little bit after the conclusion of 'Aquila'.
