Rant thing that I'm gonna say because apparently people on YouTube won't listen to facts:
No, Sakuya from Touhou cannot beat a version of Frisk/Chara from Undertale's Genocide Route.
Chara themself makes the fight unwinnable unless Chara actively lets Sakuya win.
And before you mention that animation where Sakuya did win, keep in mind Chara ignored Sakuya's time ability, making it clear that they're fighting by Chara's rules, and Chara attack is literally an insta-kill.
So no, sorry YouTube, Chara's attack is indeed ending that fight, especially considering the max HP in Touhou is apparently 200.

@Frisktheskelegirl And the attack that Chara first lands is 9,999,999 damage in that video, that's basically 10 million damage right off the bat.

Many times, when a main character or hero is betrayed, they get consumed by pain, and lose a part of themselves.
Unhinged killer, cold to everyone, and even heartless at times.
All caused by emotions of hatred…that went unchecked…
