Hellllllooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
My name is Jacques and I live in France. I have had this account for quite a while and started when I was 14. I am 17 now and I have rediscovered my passion for writing. I love all types of media art forms, in particular film and am part of a drama club to learn things about becoming a director.
What do I have to thank for my return? Well, actually, it came from an unexpected source: Comics. When I was a kid, I used to love comics and read Batman and Spiderman quite regularly. This went away around the age of 10, when I was beginning to grow up more. I moved to France at that age as well and I was very lonely for around 2 years, often secluding my self in isolation and reading actual literature. This is how I discovered Wattpad aged 14. When I started out, my stories were shit. I have come to terms with it now and that was the reason I stopped because I thought I would never get a job as a writer (oh, how the teenage mind works). I then discovered my new medium aged 16: Film and acting. Before this point, I couldn't see the point of film, mainly because I thought it was a waste of creative juices. But now, I am a bit of a film buff and it takes forever to make me shut the fuck up about it. Recently I came across a TV Series that had somehow slipped under my radar: The Walking Dead. From there I went on to read the comics, which has inspired me to create an imaginative zombie book. Thus hopefully with more maturity, I can write adult content that seems legit and true.
Everything about me is inspired by my friends, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Kirkman and the zombie sub genre of horror. I aspire to try and put an edge to my work that hasn't been seen before.
I guess the only other thing I can say now is that I am a big fan of anything musical and play the guitar. My favourite genres are Melodic Death, Nu-Metal, Grunge and Punk Rock.
Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy my work.
