Hola sorry I've been a while. I've been in a horrible state and I still am. But I've been working on a few chapters and I'm finding comfort in writing. So I'll be posting more!!

Please don't bind w bandages it is horrible for you, I've bound with a bandage for less an hour rn and it hurts like hell and I feel I'm Abt to puke so please please don't bind with bandages
