Ight bet so the base story concept is that centuries ago known as the “Veil Shatter” tore the boundaries between human and the “Abyss” you can think of it as like a underworld and it contains these monsters/demons called “Abyssals”. Five Clans formed for humanity survival and each clan was gifted with fragments of the Veil giving them abilities called Manifestations each clan having different powers allows them to fight the “Abyssals” to maintain the balance the Veil no longer gives them.
