I've decided to begin a journey that involves bettering myself as an individual. All my life I've been over weight, upset, insecure and just down right decussated with myself on the inside and out.  So as of today, March 23, 2015, I am going to start to improve myself. Eat better, be healthier, and help my self confidence. I truly believe that with time I can do this, and do it right. I'm going to start up writing again, and other activities that I have always enjoyed doing but stopped when I got in my rut and became depressed.
