That makes a lot of sense, and you’re not alone in that. Many strong writers struggle with reader retention, especially when chapters aren’t structured to maximize engagement all the way through.
I have a few ideas that could really help improve your chapter completion rate and attract more consistent readers. It might be easier to explain them properly outside the comment section.

@GracePublisher probably not enough readers and most the readers dont fully read the chapter with most of them stopping about halfway through a chapter
