UPDATE: So the pedo has been arrested 
          
          I literally saw it happening it was so funny.
          
          BASICALLY what happened was I saw his car driving up my road with my friend so I called the popo and they showed up. 
          
          My guy really tried to run his horizontally challenged ass away but tripped and fell 
          
          So yeah popo easily caught up to him and arrested him. 
          
          All footage that he had has been removed and people it has been shared to have also been served.
          
          so YIPPEE good ending I can finally focus on writing
