I'm conflicted- Most websites say Toby doesn't have a stutter but some say he do- but all of the videos I used to watch on him he never had a stutter only sometimes?
He also doesn't tic as often as you'd think??

@SharxMami i mean i think he does have a stutter but then idk about the tics he has em but then like in some wattpad stories he tics like 10 times a min and in some he hardly ever
