That said, I am working my way through editing The Rejects Club so as soon as I'm finished with that, Hold On will no longer be on hold and the story following our favorite social rejects will be on its way to completion. My issue with editing The Rejects Club is that it takes a lot of time and energy and with college and high school wrapping themselves up into a nice complicated twist and then having my extracurricular activities on top of it, it's hard to detecate large blocks of time to editing instead of just jotting down ideas and scenes like writing a new book.
I know I also promised a full version of The Labyrinth Through Camelot by the beginning of the year but LTC is getting complicated to write because it involves rewriting and adding onto what is already being wrote, so that is making sure that all the new scenes fit the story that was already created as well as expanding and moving forward. It wouldn't make sense to just leave the short chapters and then create super long ones after chapter 10, plus I also have a lot of scenes that I could add because of the nature of a novella, so those are getting thrown back in. All that being said, yes, the novel is still in progress. Yes, it will be written, for those of you who are interested. I just fear it won't be for another few months where I can truely deticate my entire attention to it.
For those of you who really enjoyed Mad Hatter and are sad to see that it isn't being worked on right now, I apologize. I truly love the story and have full intent of finishing it, but Veronica Stanton managed to weasel her way into my life and is determined to not let that universe go until I spend some time focused on her. Mad Hatter will be completely but currently, The Rejects Club and Act 1 of The Labyrinth Through Camelot take priority once the Open Novella Contest is over.
