I'm not sure how many of you know Kwite (and if you don't there's no need to read this I just feel like talking about it) but he's a youtuber/streamer. A few weeks ago he was accused of r4pe, tr4nsph0bia, and emotional abus3 by a person named Orion. All over tiktok, twitter, his reddit and discord server people were either pestering him for a reply or were bashing him following some weird "guilty until proven innocent" mentality. There's a lot to talk about so I might just put this in my rubbing alcohol book but I wanted to put a shorter version of the events here for people to see. Orion accused Kwite of the nasty things I said above and leaked his face (Kwite is a faceless youtuber). Fans and non-fans of Kwite attacked Kwite ruthlessly despite Orion having little to no evidence and was actually blocking people who did ask for evidence. In the past Orion did try accusing Kwite of stuff before but never did he mention r4pe in the past. Kwite took a while to respond, people got more suspicious, tensions rose, and Orion continued to get an insane amount of love and support. However, today Kwite posted his reply and Orion has backed off from twitter saying that Kwite lied and nothing else.
So yeah. That's the not proofread CliffsNotes version of what happened, I recommend you go do your own research into what happened if you're curious, and also just stay safe. The internet is crazy and I think this whole situation just raised my hatred for people in general. Please don't bash Kwite or Orion because that ain't cool. Have a nice day/afternoon/evening ya'll.
