Hey everyone happy pride! And in light of the month I'd like to remind everyone as a little note to be kind. Be nice to people that don't agree with you. I've seen allies and others be attacked and called homophobic for comments they've made that are taken out of context, and that breaks my heart. There is no reason to attack people unless they are being harmful to you or others. If you see someone make a comment that may not be meant as hurtful please correct them gently. Don't be rude.
I believe pride month is about celebrating who you are, who you love and just having respect and love fore everyone, even those you don't agree with. Saying happy pride isn't just for your lgbtq+ friends etc, it's for everyone.
If we immediately attack and try to harm people we deem homophobic, or otherwise that's going to put a negitive label on the community. They'll see us as a hateful bunch and use it against us. And I want to spread positivity for everyone, even people outside of the community, I have so much love for everyone, it breaks my heart to see all of the hate. I love you guys more than anything. Happy pride my lovelies, go give someone you love a hug for me.
