hi love your story about batflash can you fanch the story please

A few years ago now I found a Merlin fanfiction called Inheritance (or at least I’m 95% sure it was called that), where after his mother passes away Arthur inherits a house from her and decides to go live in said house. Turns out that Merlin (who is a ghost in this story) also lives in the house (we also find out Arthur is a medium…is that how you spell it? Basically he can see and speak with ghosts). The problem is I haven’t been able to find this fanfiction since the first time I read it and I’ve looked everywhere. Does anyone know of the fanfiction I’m talking about and if so, do you have a link I can follow to read it again?
          
          Please can someone help me find this fanfic. 

I’ve drawn my character Niruko again! I’m supper happy with his design. I may have only drawn the head, but I’ve drawn him at different ages being 4, 8, 12, and 18. I’m looking forward to drawing him at 28! If you want to see the art, I will be posting it in my story Just a Little Joke

I have posted a story called Beautiful. Its just a one shot but I'm really happy with it and quite proud of it.
          
          It's probably one of the most interesting stories I've ever written and not necessarily because of the story but because you as the reader can interprate it however you please.

Hi everyone, I'm posting this on 18/07/2021 just so anyone who read this later on will be in the loop.
          
          There is no easy way to say this but I unfortunately lost someone a little while ago and have found it difficult to even go near my computer to write. I've had to ask for extentions on deadlines and everything. I hope you can all understand that this is a hard time for me right now. I hope to start working on my work at the beginning of this week coming. However, my stories will be put on hole a while longer yet. Earliest I hope to start on these again will be middle of Augest. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and for supporting my storied and patiently waiting for updates. I will get back to writing eventually but right now I just can't. Anything pree written and finished I might update but I can't promise because I honestly don't know if anything is finished. I hope there is as I really want to see how you all will react to what I've got planned. For now though, I'm going to be a bit very absent for a while, probably won't even reply to comment (so please dont feel bad if I don't get back to you). I hope to come back eventually. Okay guys, I know it's been a while since I've updated anything but I've been super busy with University and I wanted to concentrate on that because it's very important to me that I pass in my classes. However, I am finally finished! I'm officially on my summer break, so you can you know what that means? UPDATES!!!!!!!!!!! I looking to be updating all of my stories and even finishing a few because I finally have an ending in mind lol. I am sooooooo sorry for the really long wait, but I want you all to know that I appreciate all the support and wonderful comment you've all been leaving me, I've been reading each and every one while at Uni, and they've all made me smile, so I hope that this makes you guys smile. I'm not going to tell you which story is going to be updated first but I will be working on it later on today and I am looking on having it up tomorrow. Thank you so much to everyone who has followed me, my stories, and have left so many lovely comments. See you soon!
