Hello, I was writing a story about DC (Comic) + spider verse × reader, I really would like to ask kindly for some advice since it's my first story . I did ask advice from other and search some advice but it mostly said "write alot of chapter but don't publish it, so you can still edit it and if you're finally satisfied you can publish it" and some say "don't make the character lost  parents" is it ok to make my character lost one parent? And someone said "ask chatgpt for help" but like I want to ask a literal author. Help me gang. I can't find a story about dc × reader that meet my wants.
