I don't have anyone to talk to abt it though, and I did some research like you said, and it could be because of stress, medicines, some health conditions, anxiety or depression. Im sure its not helf conditions or medicines, but I have been feeling a lot more sad since the passing of my grandma due to cancer. A lot of stress due to school and pure pressure, and for anxiety? I don't know about that one. I don't feel a sense of dread, fear, or uneasiness. so it can't be anxiety. So it could be ED, depression, or stress.

@shinazugawaxtomioka oh.. I'm not sure.. It COULD be some signs of ED.. but, if it happens on and off.. that could be different.. Sometimes our stomach are just not hungry.. Maybe you could look into it, research and get some answers or talk to someone about it..? <3
