hellooo! it really just takes time and consistency!! though i think posting during the peak of the hq fandom rlly helped loll. id already had a little platform from my ban book, but for the ban book it took agess to even get to like 1k (or like rn my gojo fic is only at like 100 reads). so it’s really about patience! one ur book starts getting reads and then appears on tags, it starts to grow exponentially loll :) ik it’s probably not a helpful answerrr but i hope i helped

helloo! it’s been a while. today’s my seventeenth birthday and ive been doing a lot of reflection and reminiscing. and so here i am.
first off, thank you for 1 MILLION?!!? on ukai pride. that is absolutely positively insane. i don’t think i can express my gratitude enough, but thank you for all the support and love.
I really really want to emphasize the extent to which fanfic—reading, but mostly writing—has shaped my life. yes, i was just a silly fourteen year old who wanted to write a fun little story on these cartoons she had a crush on. but it has been such such such a formative aspect of my life that I genuinely would be such a different person without it. I try not to cringe as I look back because it’s all part of the journey of life or whatnot, and I most definitely wouldn’t change anything for the world (okay, maybe I would give myself the ability to punctuate properly).
