Hey guys! So, I have a quick update for everyone following the story. There won’t be a new chapter uploaded this week or next week because I’m officially away on vacation with my partner! 
          
          They would not be thrilled if they had to compete with my laptop for the next two weeks, and I definitely don't want to risk getting the real-life version of Engfa's lethal glare for giving them divided attention!  Standard boundaries must be enforced, right?
          
          I'm so sorry for the temporary pause, but I hope you all understand and I promise to bring the absolute maximum heat as soon as I'm back at my desk. Love you guys! ✨

          Quick heads-up: I accidentally uploaded the wrong draft for Chapter 14! The actual edited version is up now, so please give it a read.

Important Update! 
          
          Hey guys, I am so sorry for being silent for such a long time! I was buried in my exams throughout April and May, and just as I finished, this massive tech nightmare happened.
          
          My MacBook completely corrupted, and I lost all of my offline drafts. On top of that, my Wattpad account had a huge glitch, and even though I managed to restore the account itself, my previous story was completely deleted and couldn't be recovered. It took me a stressful 15 days just to sort out this mess and get my account back. 
          
          It breaks my heart to lose all that progress after my exams, but I'm not giving up! I am officially back and working on a brand-new story that I'm really excited about. I'll be updating it very soon, so please stay tuned. Thank you so much for your endless support, love, and patience! ❤️
