Btw, I also am starting this journey on fixing myself/finding myself. I know who I am but I don't, I know why I'm living but I don't. I also have lost alot of friends because with them I wasn't going anywhere. I felt like a cow to them. They weren't toxic, they just depended/relied on me way too much which brought me to the conclusion that if I left them they would suffer/suicide. I've been so busy with thinking/listening about/to there problems, I forgot to think about myself, to listen to my broken spirit. Hence, making me think that the "small" problem I was facing was nothing compared to theirs so it's useless. So, all those "small" problems/negative thoughts turned into one huge problem, making me lost. Losing those people at first made me sad and worried, but after a week or so I felt.....free....happy.
This friend of mine, I love her like a sister so I couldn't bring myself to leave her, but I did stop this blindness towards my problems and insecurities and fears.
Anyways sorry for the long message, just wanted to write whatever came to mind. Again I wish you the best of luck and if you ever need help and don't want to burdan anyone, then go and watch motivational videos, stuff that might hit you hard and make you realise.
