@VKMAYAVATHI when Krishna called him as बड़े भैय्या while talking to him, he didn't reacted nor his body language or face expressions changed unlike Karna's daughter. It means only one thing and that is Karna knows about his birth except for identity of his birth mother.

@RameshParab it was because in my pov, karna didn't mind because he was older than krishna.. so it was not weird to call him like that.. so karna kept quiet. he didn't find any fault in it.
