New chapter added. It's very short (basically only the first part of a much longer chapter I originally intended to write), but it was all I was able to get out today.I've only got Sundays to write currently, and this week I even didn't have time to read or comment. u_u

That gives me some time to iron out some mistakes that are probably still in there. I pretty much uploaded the first draft of that chapter because I really wanted to get it out today.

I did not just spend hours looking at the floorplans of all the tombs located in the Valley of Kings on Wikipedia, I totally didn't.

@VLFBERHT I'll probably give it a try when it's available for streaming (and the kiddo is taking a nap lol). It's probably a fun adventure/horror if you take it for what it is. Won't be the same without Brendan and Rachel, though Definitely putting Edge of Tomorrow on my watch list!
I didn't make it, unfortunately, but still intend to. From what I've gathered from the reviews it's a mixed bag, not quite able to decide if it wants to be an action adventure, or horror, or funny. Supposedly it's pretty strong on the horror influence which is ... 100% fine with me. 8D
Edge of Tomorrow really surprised me. I didn't know anything going into it, and the way it was marketed ... I did not expect it to be this funny. Seriously, it's hilarious. Watch it, and try to do so without spoilers, it's totally worth it. Definitely one of my most favorite movies ever.
@VLFBERHT That quote!!! Best ever!! I used to be able to quote the entire movie but I'm a little rusty these days lol. That one is unforgettable though XD agree concerning Tom Cruise! Last movie of his I watched I waited the entire film for him to change his facial expression and it never...happened. O.o maybe it would help to watch something where he's not the usual spy or gun fighter or whatever lol Will keep EoT in mind! Did you end up going to see The Mummy?? Would love to hear your take on it! Haven't seen it yet but I can pretty much guess how it goes lol

Yes, I'm still alive. It's just that 2016 was a truly, truly—pardon the language—shitty year for me, and 2017 hasn't gone particularly well so far either, but at least I've got professional help now.
A dear friend of mine kept nudging and poking me about TCoK, so thanks to her at least now you are at least no longer left hanging about Enid's fate. Sorry 'bout that. ^^

@krazydiamond Thank you! ^^ I hadn't even realized I was gone for well over a year. o.0 It's just, everything piled up all of a sudden and got too much for me to handle. Still far from being out of the woods, but at least I have someone helping me handling things once a week now, so I'm slowly creeping back online. Will take some time until I get caught back up on reading though (at least now I get to read a lot at once instead of waiting on new chapters? :D), work's insane right now. On top of everything else. ;~;
Chapter 7 of The Curse of Khepri is up—it got a wee bit longer than what I had intended (and I actually left SO MUCH out o___o;), so I hope it got neither too boring nor too confusing what with the hints and bits of backstory I have dropped. ^^

The new chapter is now up! It had a last minute title change to 'Girls On Film' and it is now the new chapter 5, thus bumping 'Save A Prayer' up by one to be chapter 6 now. Sorry for the confusion I'm potentially causing with this. ^^;

thank you again for voting for my story leaving some great feedback and being cool :) thank you so much for your time. yeah, im bogged down myself in rewrites. trying to keep the "voice" I think is there at the same time wanting a smoother more professional sounding read it's weird.
