Okay so for those who are interested, I proudly present:
MY VIEWS ON PHAN
No one can deny that Dan and Phil obviously love each other, but I don't necessarily think that it's romantic love. They probably care more for each other than anyone else, but I think that, at least that we know for sure, they're just friends, albeit best friends. I would have absolutely no problem if they were a couple (heck I'd be captain of that ship, I mean holy crap), but I'm not going to write (for the most part) as if they were. It personally makes me feel like I'm invading their privacy, even though Dan has said to "knock ourselves out". I also don't think we should all be like "OH MY GOSH STOP HIDING IT YOU'RE TOTALLY IN LOVE JUST TELL US ALREADY" because if they are, that's their prerogative. They've already said that relationships don't always need to be publicized because it's the business of only the people in that relationship unless they say otherwise. I strongly believe that their privacy should be respected. Now, this does not mean that I hate all Phanfiction writers, heck I've read some phanfics myself, or that I hate or dislike those who ship them. I have no problem with other people shipping and writing about them, it's just a personal thing for me that I feel uncomfortable with doing so.
