Got my post-op appointment today, so we'll see how that goes. On another note, I was thinking of an encounter I had with someone. I was at the library to check out items and instead of greeting me, the librarian was like "where do you work?"
I thought the question was incredibly rude and invasive. I'm not a typical American and I guess have higher standards of personal boundaries. I also don't consider work as a part of my personal identity. Its merely something I have to do to pay the bills and I keep it separate from my personal life. I don't know why people don't respect this.
