I'm a 23 year old creative writer who loves to read about mythological creatures and I would love to live in the books that I read. But for now I'm stuck adulting and missing Massachusetts.



I started writing in high school but I life got in the way of writing more stories. While Dusk Shadow was one of my first completed stories it made me realize how much I love writing. 



I'm a huge Harry Potter Nerd and disney fan. My taste in tv and books have evolved but I have been known to watch Disney channel or Nickelodeon. 





Books That Should Be Read: an ongoing list for true book lovers.

1) The Mortal Instruments Series

 -The book series, and I will say this a lot, is better than any movie or television version of the story.

2) The Awakening by Kate Chopin

-An older book from the turn of the 19th century. It was their 50 Shades of Grey. 

3)Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut

 -Be careful it is a tough read and may take a little longer but it is a good book.

4)A Farewell To Arms by Ernest Hemmingway

  -A true testament to the fact that Not all great stories have happy endings

5)My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult

- The book in my opinion is better than the movie

6)The Harry Potter Series

 -Yes I am a Harry Potter Nerd and if you haven't read these you are missing out.

7)19 Minutes by Jodi Picoult

 -Easy read with a surprising twist.

8) Tuesday's With Morrie by Mitch Albom

-It opened my eyes and put a new perspective to life

9) Marley and Me by John Grogan

  -A Heartfelt book that takes you through the life of one crazy adorable dog.

10)The Importance of Being Ernest by Oliver Wilde

 -It is a play but I do love the massive amounts of sarcasm

11) Craig and Fred By Craig Grossi

- A honest and moving book about a veteran and his dog.
