Personally I think England doesn't actually consider his name to be England (well, I guess that's partly because "England" is a title). He's not Anglia, either, he's Richard Taylor if you ask, Engla Londe for his title and still Wulfwynn at heart

Scotland's a little different from his husband here. Scotland considers himself Scotland, he's moved on from Cennalath the Pictish Farmer and is happily Scott Williams. That might be because Scotland views himself and his name as things he's been able to control no matter the circumstance, he's always been a lot more optimistic like this. Sure, sometimes he misses Cennalath and Wulfwynn, but he wouldn't trade Scott and Richard or Scotland and England to have that back.

My favourite England dialogue in my many years of writing him isn't even from a wip that's meant to be accurate. It's a wip taking the piss out of how England and Scotland really are towards each other

It's a slightly older wip where the pair of them are on a trip at some point around 1600 to 1603.

The dialogue is: "Good boy, that's what I like to hear! My husband in his rightful place licking my disgusting little buskins." and later on "I'm a hard worker [...] you're never so dedicated as to get your toes out, wiggle them around in the crisp air as you rub them raw and get bitten to death by a bit of soil."

All this while England is actively on the verge of collapse btw a medical condition doesn't stop this man EVER. This is who he is beneath all that good vocabulary. This is where his kids get it from

Austria trying to beat up whoever goes after Germany and Germany having to pull him away and be like "It's not worth it" when really Germany means "You're really short please think about challenging people who are a normal height"

Germany's like 182cm WITHOUT HEELS and Austria is 164cm without platforms just think about how crazy that is

Nah something about Switzerland pushing France away then trying to find France's features in different people

Switzerland pursuing more in his bid to create life out of dead parts and going from using a full body as a base to creating people from scratch

          Mhm yeah ok
