          So uhhhh sorry if I went away for a while. I kinda ended up getting away from stories and stuff for a number of reasons that is too long to mention rn, and kinda started getting out of the Kny fandom (not really just was on the back burners or second front burner of my hyperfixation stove).
          
          Not sure if I’ll go away again so just warning if I am gone for idk like 5 months or so apologies in advance, my adhd doing parkour on everything lol

You ever just… go through your reading lists, like one for a specific character, and you’ve  managed to get almost all of the slow-burn or just many chapters long stories that you can of a character, or maybe just some stories you really like in general
          
          What we it may be, you ever just go through the list, looking at the number of chapters for  e a c h  one, and the feeling the hope that one will change, and then you get the end to none of them have updated and probably never will. Like at this point the number of chapters are memorized at this point. Yeah some have completed, but some just….stop. 
          
          (Literally just me depressed none of the Genya stories I have in the reading list I made have updated at all in like 2 years at most TvT)
          
          Like I feel pain that a story just ends
          
          But I also know how it feels to lose motivation for things, like I’m almost constantly changing favorite ships or who I’m simping for, bc I can’t keep a focus on one thing too long, I get bored. I understand not wanting to follow a storyline I make up bc I just lose interest or motivation. So I start to feel like I’m being greedy being upset that the authors have either forgot or put the books on the back burner. 
          
          
          Sorry if this turned into a long vent, I guess this is kind of a vent about some of my experience with fan stories and stuff
