Kinda too soon to make theories but i think Yuika is not a Remmant of Despair but doesn't mean that she is inncent. For Kouyoku i am sure that the Future Foudation is not trusting him and i won't be surprised if he is in prison now.
@03faal11 well i can't say much without spoilers, but they're definitely both interesting. If you don't think Yuika is a remnant why do you think she isn't innocent?
