          First of all thank you. Truly.
          
          To those who have been with me since the very beginning, and to the readers who discovered my work recently but still chose to stay and support me—I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of you. Your presence means more than you probably realize.
          
          The last time I announced that I might discontinue “His Innocent Captive,” I received many comments and votes from readers who had never interacted before. Seeing that response honestly made my heart swell. It reminded me that there are people out there who care about these stories and the characters living inside them.
          
          When you read a story and connect with the characters, it’s a beautiful feeling. But imagine creating them—building their worlds, shaping their emotions, and breathing life into them chapter by chapter. Writing isn’t always easy, especially when responses feel low. Still, every word I write comes from passion.
          
          But don’t worry. I haven’t made a final decision yet.
          
          I’ll wait a few more days. If the votes increase and the comment section becomes a little more alive, the story will continue. If not, I may have to discontinue it. I hope you understand where I’m coming from.
          
          Now, moving to the main reason for this announcement:
          
          I’ll be gone for a few days. My exams are starting this month and will probably continue into next month, so I really need to focus on studying. I spent a lot of time writing chapters for my novels—even when I already knew the responses might be limited—because I love doing it. But now it’s time for me to prioritize my studies.
          
          Don’t worry though—I won’t disappear completely. I’ll still pop in from time to time to check comments and interactions (if luck blesses me with some).
          
          ALSO… when I return, I’m thinking about starting a dark romance story. 
          If you have any ideas, tropes, or character concepts you’d love to see, drop them in the comments! Your suggestions might help me brainstorm something amazing.

          I’ve always kept the vote targets for "HIS INNOCENT CAPTIVE" very low, never more than 50, often even less. I did that because I believed maybe my story didn’t deserve more.
          
          But here’s the truth.
          Maybe it’s not the best story you’ve ever read, but it still deserves respect.
          I show up consistently. I update chapters so you don’t lose interest. I put time and effort into every update.
          But lately it feels like I’m the only one showing up.
          No votes. No comments. Just silence.
          And honestly, it feels like screaming into a void.
          
          So I’ve made a decision.
          
          If the next few chapters don’t get the support they deserve, I will stop "HIS INNOCENT CAPTIVE" halfway and leave it incomplete.
          
          Because I don’t want to keep pouring effort into something that feels like it means nothing.
