I don't really know what to say except that I'm so sorry for taking such a long break. But now that I'm back. There are things I need to address.
          
          In all of these chapters even though it may not seem like it, I have been trying to stay with canon. Like canon villains and heroes but after this break. I have decided that since this is my fanfiction, I will be introducing OC villains and heroes. Since I'm gonna introduce new characters, power levels will undergo immense changes. To get the idea of how much change is gonna happen to power levels, think of Mineta being one of the top 10 heroes in the world . About how much words there will be in a chapter, that I don't know.
          
          I've also decided that the vigilante group will be getting new members. Maybe they will be a group of 7 or 10 people, including the current vigilantes. Now DEAR READER I WILL TRY TO MAKE IT VERY INTERESTING. SO STAY TUNED?
