Yep, I was sorry to see them go as well, but the editors (who know their stuff, I suppose) said that the books were too unwieldy with so many characters and subplots. They had me remove anyone who wasn't necessary, but I kept all those cutting rooms out-takes in case they might become stories in their own right, one day!

@DanGarrettAuthor I always add your books to my Library the moment I see your name! I'm so happy that you continue to write. I must confess, that first chapter gives me chills, I hate these pedos so much uugghh!
            
            Can I mention something here? I like how your trilogy in Amazon came out, faster paced and more true to the main plot. But I really miss those deleted sub-plots, Theo and the surgeon, the triangle of Mark and his men, etc. 

Can I put my comment here? I don't want to put spoilers. Wildcard is different from the story you posted before, isn't it? I'm a bit disoriented because my not-so-good memory keeps on trying to find something familiar in  the plot.

            I was lucky enough to get a new job only 3-4 weeks after I got let go from the old. And it’s a job I really love and have had my eyes on for years, so in the end it was a win-win situation for me
