I grew up in South Africa in the fifties and sixties and was fortunate enough to have parents who were more interested in bringing the world to Christ than in racial separation. When I began to think about politics it was obvious that Apartheid would end in tears so I made the move to the UK and later worked in Italy and Brussels.
