It amazes me that after all the controversy surrounding Nanowrimo staff and the things they did, it's still going on, and people are still participating in it and supporting it.

There was a whole thing with some employees of theirs grooming the teens in the young writers groups on the sight. Some employees were racist, homophobic and bullied users. They were promoting vanity press sites that took money from people. And soliciting kids for money in the young writer groups. Not to mention, they support the use of AI to write works. This is what they said about writers using AI, "AI is necessary to make the written works of the lower classes palatable enough for the gentry to read." It's classist. They're horrible people and I will never participate in Nano ever again. It should shut down.

Wattpad is allowing bullying and harassment. It has been reported and the person freely and openly admitted they stole the account, yet @Wattpad won't respond to the reports and return the account to her. This person is being allowed to threaten her personally and is threatening to delete the entire community account if anyone else speaks out about what they've done on the comment they posted on the account's message board. This childish person actually believes that what they've done is right. Since we can no longer comment back to this child because they have threatened to delete the account if anyone doesn't agree with them and post how awesome they are, I'm stating that I fully support Holly and the Rose Gold Community. All she asked was for these people to please leave her alone and stop harassing her, when they didn't she blocked them to stop the harassment and this is their immature response. How anyone doesn't see how awful this person is and continue to support this person is beyond me. What is being done to her and her community is wrong and wattpad should IP ban the hacker.

UPDATE ... Holly has just informed me that Wattpad responded to her most recent report and has returned the account to her. YAY!
