Today is a sad day for liberty, for freedom, and for America. I am devastated and fearful. This is not how we should wake up on the day after an election. We should not be afraid of the future or our new leader.

It amazes me that after all the controversy surrounding Nanowrimo staff and the things they did, it's still going on, and people are still participating in it and supporting it.

There was a whole thing with some employees of theirs grooming the teens in the young writers groups on the sight. Some employees were racist, homophobic and bullied users. They were promoting vanity press sites that took money from people. And soliciting kids for money in the young writer groups. Not to mention, they support the use of AI to write works. This is what they said about writers using AI, "AI is necessary to make the written works of the lower classes palatable enough for the gentry to read." It's classist. They're horrible people and I will never participate in Nano ever again. It should shut down.
