@VictorianVigilante Aw well thanks! I was very careful to research the myth and legends surrounding the Banshee before I wrote anything, I know a lot of writers don't have the time to do that. I have another short posted too if you're interested, The Wendigo. It's a lot more gory than The Banshee though xD

@TheDivineMissM Haha thanks. No problem! I loved your story very much. I love how you even added the whole washing bloody clothes part, most stories I've read about Banshee's leave that out. ): so bravo!
