As most of you may not know, I'm a Jain and not Hindu.
Yes, it is a different religion and not a cast.
Though, we worship all the Hindu deities too.
But we've our own festivals too.
Like the one going on right now, which has started since yesterday, named "PARYUSHAN".
It is basically a 8-day festival filled of satsangs, worships, reading holy books, very different kind of fasts, etc. rituals.
It'd end on Sept 15, which is the day of SAMVATSARI for us, i.e. last day of Paryushan which is the 'day of forgiveness' for us.
As I guess, I won't be active by then probably, tho y'all know my mood swings🥹
But still, I'd like to beg forgiveness in advance in case I won't be active.
Since I'm not a dil se sorry wali person, this is indeed a nice occassion for me to apologise dil se.
On the auspicious occassion of Paryushan, with a pure heart and folded hands, I ask for your forgiveness for any mistakes I made, either knowingly or unknowingly. 💖🙏🏻
