Obviously lol, you can't have something exciting happen everyday. That's just sad. Also...this is a chapter number where most people end the story lol. I'm developing the characters through her friends. If you've noticed, the MC are like the salt in the meal. You can't see them but they're doing backstage work.
Also, the timing isn't haywire or something. It's been like a few months now. So of course.
Nowadays people develop feelings in like 5 mins *eye roll*
