Welcome to a cozy sanctuary. My name is Vill Nox. Creating a six-book series pulled me out of a years-long depression. I titled the first volume "The Chosen Blood. People"- a dark fantasy in which I explore family values, pain, alcoholism, violence, and its consequences.
The magical world of Esterland emerged from failed projects. In 2017, I drew a comic about sisters - that's how the main heroines were born. In 2020, I created a strategy board game, which gave rise to the peoples, cities, and cultures. In 2023, I worked on a video game about reapers - from there came the story and religion. And only in 2024 did everything come together in a book. In a way, my main source of inspiration was my failures.
I chose dark fantasy because it allows me to tell the truth. It doesn't offer the usual "happy endings." Accepting the world as it is is far harder than defeating evil. And if my books become a "way out into the light" for someone, then everything I've been through was not in vain.
