Why few chapters of TST are missing!?

In your story you're the only thing I want. I got a question? Actually I'm slow in getting things into my head but I'm eager to know at last dev is alive or not. Is he still having that shit disease or not plz msg me back. I'm literally dieing here i don't have courage to read further so plz answer my questions
