Have you ever thought about writing a female character, who's not bubbly, easygoing or emotional like we usually see? Who's an outcast. Introverted. Not just shy at first glance. Rather, unaccepted. Too simple-minded to the eyes of society, but intelligent in an out-of-the-box way that surpasses her peers? Afraid of physical intimacy— because from the biology she studied, the internet rabbit holes she came across, the process seemed painful enough for her to not see the pleasure that follows?
