Lola feels like a real person - I love the "just because my body wants you doesn't mean I do" moment. Most writes don't give you that type of reality between the MC's ,I appreciate it. I always think the MC is better off not having much family or not having a good relationship with her family, I think Lola is stronger because of her family (even if most of them are dead) something I rarely read and believe. (Lol, I read about 3-6 books a week on Wattpad)
If I may recommend a book; Blood Lust Alicia Marino , it is a very dark romance, but only if you don't mind vampire books, not the twilight type of vamps, think "interview with a vampire and "queen of the damned"
