@AlisonHall2 The entire series is technically a rewrite. If you notice while reading it's constantly stated that Eisa is 17 when her and Derek meet and he isn't in to her romantically until later on so everything pretty much happens the same aside from Eisa additions but you won't actually see them together together until book 3
