@Violet_Miko Hey, uh, if you still need help I have some advice for you haha. In my past experiences, when this happens, if she’s trying to help make up a disagreement, you should try and hear her out, then speak your side without interrupting her. Hope it goes well!

So I go to settings in Genshin then tap on past quests resource management click on it and make sure that you have a check mark beside past quest. Click delete and you should have storage after. That’s how I keep Genshin on my phone
