If you're on your phone, either scroll down or tap your screen and a bar of options should show up at the bottom. The vote option should be the leftmost and there should be a star above the word vote. Don't forget to comment what you think as well!! That option is next to vote.
If you're on a computer (or laptop, I don't think it matters), I think you do the same thing: scroll down and there should also be a bar that shows at the bottom. There is an option to vote (and comment). If I'm wrong about this, just go to the help section on Wattpad.
